I live in Kherson with my granddaughter. This is my adopted daughter's child, both of her parents were killed in a car accident. We lived in a village in Kherson region. I am from Poltava. I have a son, he is 11 years old. My husband, the child's father, was in the war since 2014. He went as a volunteer. In 2022, he went for the second time. He was injured and died in the hospital exactly six months ago. We have not yet received either compensation or social benefits for the child.
I am not a migrant, and I live in Kropyvnytskyi, not the front-line zone. Therefore, I do not expect help from anywhere. I had a heart attack, then a stroke, and now I have crazy high blood pressure. My daughter has a disability and cannot walk. My husband is disabled and has amputated three fingers on his right hand. We only have a disability pension.
I live in Balaklia with my 13-year-old son. He is my only family. My husband – a professional soldier, a rifleman of the Kholodny Yar brigade – died in April 2022. He was awarded the Order "For Courage". But we still haven't received the payments for the death.
