My husband is a veteran of the ATO. In 2016, he was wounded and had his leg amputated. Due to complications after the amputation, he developed osteomyelitis. We are currently in a difficult financial situation due to frequent hospital stays. We live on my husband's pension of 2100 UAH and my occasional part-time work. We are a large family raising three children: a 4-year-old son and two students (a son and a daughter). We live in the Cherkasy region. My husband’s prosthetics were done in Germany, so we are planning a trip there for further treatment. I am asking for support.
After a stroke, I am paralyzed on one side of my body and can hardly move. I also have diabetes. I now live in Zaporizhzhia because a shell hit my home in the region and it was destroyed. The house where I am staying now needs to be heated with firewood or solid fuel, but almost all of my pension goes toward medicine and food. A kind neighbor helps me with grocery shopping and checks on my condition, but in reality, I am alone and without financial means. I am forced to ask for your help.
I survived a sexual assault many years ago, and that trauma deeply affected the rest of my life. Now I am completely without money and in very poor physical condition, suffering from constant migraines, weakness, and pain in my legs and back. I live in a village where there is no paid work and survive thanks to vegetables from my garden. Six months ago, my bedridden mother, whom I had cared for over 18 years, passed away. I am in despair.
I lost my leg as a result of surgery due to blood clots. I have a lifelong disability, Group III. I also suffer from hypertension and heart disease. I currently live in Uzhhorod, but I am originally from the Kharkiv region. Even before the surgery, I was forced to take out loans, and now I have a large debt to the bank. I am asking for help. I need adult diapers (size M), a winter jacket (size 52–54), and food.
I survived seven months of occupation. I lost all my property and my home, was injured by shelling, and now have serious health problems — diabetes, leg damage, and high blood pressure — and have undergone several surgeries. I managed to evacuate my two grandmothers, aged 84 and 86, and now we live together. Due to my health condition and theirs, I am unable to work, and we survive only on their pensions, which are barely enough for the basic necessities.
I really want to live without pain. I have polyneuropathy, axonal and demyelinating lesions of exposed nerves, as well as spinal canal stenosis. The disease is paralyzing my legs and half of my body, and the constant pain is so severe that I no longer have the strength to live. I am 60 years old and live in the Poltava region. I receive a disability pension. I am in urgent need of a thorough medical examination and treatment.I am pleading for financial and informational assistance in finding a neurologist or a clinic where I could receive help.
