I have no money at all, not even for food. I have survived severe domestic violence from my husband, was orphaned at an early age, and gave birth to four children. When we divorced, he threw me out of the house and took the children. With no home and only 1,000 UAH in savings, I went abroad to find work. I became ill with ovarian inflammation and now urgently need medical treatment. I am begging for help.
I, along with my children, have suffered from domestic violence. We fled our home after a night of beatings that lasted from 8:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m., taking only our documents with us. Currently, my two children — aged 12 and 14 — and I are living in a mother-and-child center. Our stay there is coming to an end, and we must leave the shelter soon. We have no clothes or basic necessities. I don’t know what to do next — I feel completely helpless. I am asking for any kind of help.
I’m a widow and the mother of a 9-year-old son. We are internally displaced from Donetsk. For the past three years, I’ve been battling constant pain — I have multiple spinal protrusions and arthrosis, which cause dizziness, burning, and severe discomfort. I can’t work and we survive on a survivor’s pension of 2,361 UAH. It’s barely enough to cover rent. I had to borrow money for a CT scan, and now I have nothing left for medication. I’m in despair.
I am a single mother of many children, raising six young kids (ages 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, and a 4-month-old daughter). The children's father abused me and struggled with alcoholism. For years, I hoped he would change, but unfortunately, I never received any support from him. I live on a social benefit — 4,200 UAH per month, half of which goes toward formula, diapers, and medicine for my youngest daughter. We have no means to live. Please help us in any way you can.
Due to the war in 2014 and the full-scale invasion, I lost my home twice. In an effort to get back on my feet, I took out a loan. I’m currently studying at the Faculty of Psychology and working in a hospital with wounded soldiers. I have suffered from abusive relationships. I’ve been struggling with a depressive disorder, and I’m now experiencing a severe relapse. I need medication, which is unfortunately too expensive for me. I’m asking for help to receive treatment, pay off my loan, and return to a life where I can support others.
I am from Kramatorsk. At the end of 2024, I was diagnosed with cancer — stage 2 cervical cancer and severe anemia. I have undergone chemo and radiation therapy, and now I need further treatment and additional examinations. I live with my 15-year-old son and travel to Kharkiv for medical check-ups. Before the illness, I was working, but due to my health condition, I had to quit my job. I have no money at all for tests. I need to undergo a CT scan, which costs 3950 UAH. I am in despair.

For an effective defense against domestic violence, it is important to correctly assess the dangerous situation and the risk of continuing violence.
The test makes it possible to find out whether you can request the police to issue an urgent restraining order.
