I am from Kherson. I have a 7.5-year-old daughter. I have a mother. This is my whole family. We lived during yhe occupation in our city. We were without water for two months, electricity for two months. We were out of communication the whole time. I worked in a small shop, selling pastries. They somehow survived the occupation.

On November 11, 2022, Kherson was released. It was a great joy, we thought that we would stayat home. But on November 24, we came under massive shelling. My mother came to visit me, we had dinner. Then I saw through the window two red balls flying straight into our apartment building - I don't know what those shells arecalled. I only managed to shout "lie down". Then I failed somewhere.

I woke up on the 5th floor. Mother and daughter were on the 7th. I was covered in blood, beaten,covered with bricks. I crawled upstairs to mother and daughter. They miraculously survived, the child was injured. We went downstairs and hid in the basement. There were bodies of dead neighbors on the stairs and in the yard. We sat in the basement until night. Then I somehow went up to our flat, found documents and our cat in the ruins, took one backpack and we went to the bus station.

The first bus was to Odessa. I had 3 thousand hryvnias. We bought tickets and arrived in Odessa. Even in Odesa, we called an ambulance to the hostel where we spent the night. It was then that our wounds were treated, shrapnel was removed, and bandages were applied. Since then, we have been living in Odessa, renting housing. My mother works as a cleaner, while I am with my child, who went to the 1 st gradeonline.
